Narrative Motion Graphics Project: Typographer and Typeface

The purpose of this narrative is to:
• Produce an integrated and compelling narrative of a nominated typographer,
• Build upon previous motion graphics knowledge and workflow sequence of storyboard,
animatic, to finished project
• Use research processes to inform and illustrate the typographer and content of the
narrative in a simple workbook format to show your ideas and development.
• Build a narrative structure that clearly identifies typographic form and knowledge within
a motion graphics project.

The project should convey a sense of time and place, a strong sense of individuality and
appropriate style to suit the person, place and typographic letter form. The work will reflect
the skills and concepts developed throughout the semester, and provide a means of
personal expression.
